Growth Marketing & Lead Generation Manager
We are looking for a dynamic commercially minded Growth Marketing & Lead Generation Manager to create measurable demand across Blushes and SHAIR.
This is a lead-generation role with a strong digital focus, particularly paid advertising, lead capture, retargeting, follow-up, and repeatable campaign systems.
The ideal candidate will be able to direct a wider lead-generation strategy across paid ads, warm outreach, cold outreach, organic content, direct mail, events, and database marketing.
You will not personally deliver every activity across every channel, but you will be responsible for ensuring the right activity is happening to create qualified opportunities.
Lead generation moves quickly. This role is only suitable for someone with a thirst for knowledge and a desire to stay at the cutting edge of new innovations with in the space.

Blushes is an established salon group with multiple successful salons and 100+ Stylists.
SHAIR is our growth model designed to help independent salons improve client acquisition, stylist recruitment, systems, reporting, and profitability.
Blushes is where we test and prove what works. SHAIR is how we package and scale those systems into other salons.
Role Purpose
This role owns demand generation across three areas:
- New SHAIR salon partners
- New salon clients
- New stylist leads
The wider team supports with content, follow-up, sales, recruitment, delivery, reporting, and operations.
This role is responsible for creating the opportunities that feed those functions.
Key Priorities
1. SHAIR Salon-Owner Leads
Create qualified salon-owner enquiries and booked meetings for SHAIR.
2. New Client Bookings for Salons
Create campaigns that generate new client bookings for salons.
3. Stylist Recruitment Leads
Create campaigns that generate stylist enquiries and applications.
Role Structure & Handoffs
This role creates demand. The wider team converts, supports, and delivers.
- SHAIR leads → commercial/sales
- New client bookings → salon/operations
- Stylist leads → recruitment
- Content requirements → relevant team members
- Campaign results → reviewed and improved
Experience, Results & Prerequisites
You must have already generated real demand through lead-generation campaigns, using paid advertising.
You should be able to show that you can:
- Take a commercial target
- Build campaigns around it
- Generate qualified leads, bookings, applications, or meetings
- Review performance
- Improve campaigns based on results
Relevant experience includes
Meta ads, lead-generation funnels, landing pages, retargeting, CRM follow-up, email/SMS campaigns, AI tools, campaign reporting, warm outreach, cold outreach, organic content direction, direct mail, events, and database marketing.
You will be expected to discuss your previous campaigns, results, decision-making process, and use of current lead-generation methods in detail during the interview process.
We will be particularly interested in how you use current tools, AI workflows, creative testing, targeting, funnel structure, and follow-up to improve lead-generation performance.
Salary & Package
This is a 5-day-per-week role with a £36,000 actual basic salary and OTE up to £75,000 which is entirely achievable for the right person
We are a fast-growing business, and this role has a clear opportunity to progress as the business grows.
For the right person, there is scope for the role to increase responsibility, and earning potential over time.
The bonus structure will be linked to commercial outcomes, including new SHAIR sites signed from generated leads, SHAIR booked meetings, new client bookings, and stylist leads.
Further details of the performance structure will be agreed based on targets, lead quality, campaign performance, and commercial results.
Pay: £36,000.00-£75,000.00 per year
