Joining our busy 3-surgery practice in Avonmouth
A full-time and permanent role (Monday - Friday)
The practice offers a mix of NHS and Private treatments, such as teeth whitening, veneers, dentures, and many more
With the opportunity to drive practice growth and private revenue even further

Your future, your role

As a Practice Manager, you’ll be:

Driving your practice’s performance with set objectives, including providing outstanding patient care, meeting financial targets, and managing budgets
Leading a team of practice support employees, including dental nurses and receptionists, and engaging with self-employed clinicians whilst you manage the contractual relationship
Managing compliance and meeting the requirements of our regulators
Interpreting financial data, including profit and loss accounts, to make commercial decisions
