Salary & Package:

Entry-Level Recruitment Consultant (No Experience)

Basic Salary: £28,000, increasing to £29,000 after 12 months
First-Year Earning Potential: £30,000 – £31,000 including commission
Full training and support provided

Experienced Recruitment Consultant

£29,000-£30,500 basic salary dependent on experience
OTE: £32,000 – £35,000

Senior Recruitment Consultant

Basic Salary: £33,500
Commission/OTE: £37,000 – £39,000
Car Allowance: £400 per month, or option of a company car

About the Role:

Manage the full 360 recruitment cycle from business development to candidate placement
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and candidates
Identify and win new business through sales calls and face-to-face visits
Mentor and support junior consultants (Senior role)
Work towards achievable performance and sales targets with full support

Hours of Work:
Monday to Friday, 8:00AM – 5:00PM (1 hour lunch break)
