The Role
As a Principal Psychologist at Pearn Kandola, you will be actively involved in creating client opportunities and as well as designing and delivering solutions to meet their needs. The role involves:

Working across our key areas of expertise. Key activities include:
- Conducting assessments for recruitment and development.

Designing and delivering workshops on inclusion, leadership, and recruitment.

Coaching managers and leaders.

Designing and delivering assessment and development centres.

Developing assessment and development tools such as Situational Judgement Tests.

Managing client projects including planning, communication, and co-ordinating activities. As part of this, working closely with clients to really understand and deliver their needs is critical.

Conducting a range of business development activities to win new client engagements.
The person
As a Principal Psychologist, you will need a strong background in occupational psychology and/or diversity and inclusion. We are interested in hearing from individuals who have:
- Substantive experience in at least two of the key activities outlined above.
- A relevant post-graduate degree and Chartered Psychologist status (or actively working towards Chartership).
- The energy and drive to make a real difference. As a consulting business, our focus is on always delivering for our clients.
- Excellent interpersonal and team working skills.
- Ability to work in a team.
- A strong focus on quality and delivering accurate work.
- A willingness to travel nationally and internationally on a regular basis.
- A clear appetite for business development.
Location
Flexible. You will need to be able to come into our Oxford office at least once a month. Being able to visit client sites as a matter of course across the UK and internationally is essential.

Salary range: £47,000 - £58,000 per annum, depending on experience.
