We are currently seeking an attentive, passionate and professional Spa Therapist to join our Spa team.
The on target earning potential for this role is £36,604 / per annum based on a 39 hour contract - comprising a base salary of £31,604 , plus a qualified estimate of £5,000 in gratuities and service charge.* As a member of the Gleneagles team, you will also enjoy a fantastic range of perks, benefits and rewards.
We have one 39-hour 12-month contract and one permanent 24-hour opportunity currently available.

- Performing all professional spa treatments and our full range of treatments offer, including massages, facials and body treatments
- Providing the highest level of customer service, interacting, building trust and recommending bespoke treatments to our guests at the start and throughout their time with you, providing a warm, professional and efficient guest experience
- Staying up to date with latest trends and best practices, and be prepared to gain further qualifications in line with business demands and personal development
- Carrying out Spa duties and general cleaning tasks enhancing guest experience within each therapy room and spa facility
- Managing, organising and keeping our Spa therapy rooms maintained to the highest of standards and always well stocked, adhering to all hygiene standards and health and safety regulations
- Interacting with our guests, always warm, professional, helpful and doing everything you can to exceed their expectations, playing your part in making their stay with us luxurious in every way
- You hold a NVQ Level 3 in Beauty Therapy qualification and ideally, you have already experienced a busy 5* spa environment
- Immaculate personal presentation through neat grooming, you also maintain a professionally presented working environment at all times
- Hot Stones and Deep Tissue Massage training would be an advantage for this role, however not essential
- Highly motivated and possessing an immense sense of pride in your work; you're passionate about delivering the high standards for our guests in line with the Gleneagles brand
- You have a positive “can do” attitude to solving problems in a professional and courteous manner
- A strong team player with great communication skills and an enthusiastic approach; you're well organised and punctual with an eagle eye for detail

- About gratuities service charge:
- Gratuities (tips) and service charge (an additional charge added to our room rates and services across the hotel that is passed directly to our employees) are paid on a pro-rata basis regardless of your role
- It is estimated that in 2026, our full-time employees can expect to receive around £5,000 in addition to their annual salary
