Kitchen Manager | Chef / Kitchen Team Leader | Kitchen & Service Team Members

Location: Tower Bridge, London

Job Types: Full-time and Part-time, Permanent

We are recruiting for the following positions:

Kitchen Manager (1 Position)

Salary: £32,000–£35,000 per year + performance bonus

As our Kitchen Manager, you will lead the day-to-day operation of the kitchen, inspire the team and maintain the highest standards of food quality, hygiene and customer service.

Responsibilities

Lead and motivate the kitchen team
Manage daily kitchen operations
Cook and prepare food during service
Staff rotas and performance management
Stock ordering and stock control
Food safety, HACCP and due diligence
Opening and closing procedures
Labour and food cost control
Ensure consistently excellent food quality
Support till and delivery operations when required

Chef / Kitchen Team Leader (1 Position)

Salary: £30,000–£32,000 per year

You’ll work closely with the Kitchen Manager to deliver high-quality food and support the smooth running of the kitchen.

Responsibilities

Prepare and cook food to company recipes
Maintain excellent food presentation
Support kitchen operations during busy service
Assist with stock rotation and deliveries
Help train new team members
Maintain high cleaning and food safety standards

Kitchen & Service Team Members (3 Positions)

Salary: £13.00–£14.00 per hour (depending on experience)

This is a multi-skilled position where you’ll be trained across all areas of the business.

Responsibilities

Prepare food
Assemble customer orders
Operate the till
Pack takeaway and delivery orders
Deliver excellent customer service
Maintain cleanliness throughout the kitchen
Restock ingredients and supplies
Support the team wherever needed

Hospitality experience is preferred but not essential as full training will be provided.

Hours

The business operates:

Sunday–Thursday: 10:00am–10:00pm
Friday & Saturday: 10:00am–11:00pm

Full-time roles are based on approximately 40 hours per week over five days on a rota basis. Part-time hours are also available.
