Full job description

Weston Lawns in Warwickshire is a well-established, world class equestrian events centre and after significant investment in our new multi-million-pound, state of the art, modern and contemporary events centre, we have expanded our business into both private and ticketed non equestrian events.

we are looking for a part time (minimum 20 hours per week), experienced Bar & Events Coordinator who will be instrumental in helping us deliver exceptional levels of service to both our private event clients as well as the equestrian visitors to Weston Lawns.

As the Bar & Events Coordinator you should have the following skills and experience as a minimum:

Experience in managing bars and setting up events of all types
Good operational management skills
Strong organisational and multi-tasking skills with the ability to work well under pressure
Stock management
Experience in developing and managing teams
Highly organised and capable of dealing with several projects concurrently
Ability to work collaboratively with others to deliver successful outcomes
Willingness to be hands on who possesses a “can do” attitude
Knowledge of event planning - show arounds for new prospective clients, liaise with suppliers and organise events space set up

This role offers an immediate start, is being offered on a guaranteed 20 hour minimum hours contract.

On site stay over accommodation available (to be discussed).
