About Brondi
BRONDI is an independent Australian-inspired speciality coffee, brunch and evening venue in the heart of Dorridge, Solihull. We’re built around quality, creativity, community and pushing standards higher every single day.
From speciality coffee and fresh brunches through to curated Friday & Saturday evening service, we’re creating something different – and we’re looking for an Executive Chef to help shape the future of it.
This isn’t a corporate kitchen. This is a chance to build, create, lead and leave your mark on a fast-growing independent brand.
THE ROLE
We’re looking for a highly experienced, creative and driven Executive Chef to lead our kitchen operation and push BRONDI’s food offering to the next level.
You’ll be responsible for leading the culinary direction of the business – from menu development and kitchen culture through to standards, systems, training and innovation.
This role is perfect for someone who thrives on creativity, loves working with fresh produce, and wants to build something genuinely exciting within an ambitious independent business.
You’ll work closely with the founders to evolve our daytime brunch offering, develop an elevated Friday & Saturday evening menu, and help create a kitchen culture built around excellence, energy and progression.

- Train and mentor chefs, supporting progression and development within the team
- Maintain calm, organised leadership during high-volume service
- Work collaboratively with owners on future growth plans, menu launches and events
- Ensure all food leaving the kitchen reflects the BRONDI brand and standards
