Job Summary:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and passionate Dance Teacher to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be experienced in Ballroom and Latin American, committed to the artistic and personal growth of our students, and excited to contribute to a positive studio atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging dance classes for different age groups and skill levels.
- Develop and implement lesson plans that meet the needs of our students.
- Provide constructive feedback and individual attention to help students improve their technique and performance.
- Choreograph routines for shows, competitions, and special events.
- Foster a positive and inclusive environment that encourages creativity and self-expression.
- Collaborate with other instructors and staff to ensure a cohesive and supportive learning experience.
- Maintain open and effective communication with students, parents, and colleagues.
- Stay updated with current dance trends and continuously seek professional development opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Dancer/ Teacher, preferably in Ballroom and Latin American.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to motivate and inspire students of all ages and levels.
- Commitment to creating a safe and positive learning environment.
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required.
- DBS check required.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in competitive dance.
- First aid certification.
