As part of our continued growth, we are seeking an ambitious and commercially minded Senior Executive to support strategic initiatives, operational performance, and organisational development.
The Role
The Senior Executive will work closely with senior leadership to support business operations, strategic planning, project delivery, and stakeholder engagement. This is a diverse and rewarding role requiring a highly organised professional with strong commercial awareness, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting business growth, driving operational improvements, and ensuring the successful delivery of organisational objectives.
Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Business Support
- Support the development and implementation of business strategies and growth initiatives
- Assist senior leadership with business planning, operational management, and organisational objectives
- Conduct market research and business analysis to identify opportunities and potential risks
- Support the execution of strategic projects and business transformation initiatives
- Contribute to the achievement of company performance targets and objectives
Project Management
- Lead and coordinate projects from planning through to successful completion
- Develop project schedules, monitor milestones, and manage deliverables
- Ensure projects remain on track, within scope, and aligned with business objectives
- Identify project risks and implement appropriate mitigation measures
- Prepare project updates and performance reports for management
Stakeholder and Client Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, suppliers, and internal stakeholders
- Support business development and client engagement activities
- Act as a key point of contact for operational and project-related matters
- Coordinate communication between departments and external parties
- Ensure high levels of stakeholder satisfaction and engagement
Business Performance and Reporting
- Analyse operational and commercial data to support informed decision-making
- Prepare reports, presentations, and business performance summaries
- Monitor key performance indicators and identify opportunities for improvement
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and resource planning activities
- Provide recommendations to improve operational efficiency and business performance
Process Improvement and Operational Excellence
- Identify opportunities to improve workflows, systems, and business processes
- Support the implementation of operational improvements and best practices
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across multiple business functions
- Assist with organisational change and transformation programmes
- Promote a culture of efficiency, accountability, and continuous improvement
RequirementsExperience and Skills
- Proven experience in a senior executive, business support, operations, project management, or management role
- Strong commercial awareness and business acumen
- Excellent project management and organisational skills
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
- Outstanding communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results under pressure
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and business reporting tools
Qualifications
- Degree in Business Management, Finance, Economics, Operations, or a related discipline preferred
- Professional qualifications in project management, leadership, or business administration would be advantageous
