Job Overview
The ideal candidate will have a passion for food, excellent organisational skills, and a keen eye for safety and hygiene standards.

Job duties would include:

Assist with food preparation tasks, including chopping, mincing and assembling ingredients, sausage making and burger making/pressing
Support the team in maintaining high standards of food safety and hygiene throughout the room
Prepare ingredients for mincing as directed by senior staff
Assist with basic butchery tasks when required, ensuring proper handling of meat products
Follow all health and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment
Support the team during busy periods by efficiently managing multiple tasks simultaneously

Previous butchery experience not required as we will train you for our spec.

Hours can be flexible.

Pay: From £12.71 per hour
