Connells Group, the Home of Opportunity, is looking for a highly motivated Lettings Negotiator to join our successful Sharman Quinney residential lettings team in Whittlesey.

£25,000 Basic Salary | Uncapped Commission | Clear Career Progression

A Quick Look at the Role: As a Lettings Negotiator, you'll help people find their next home while delivering an exceptional customer experience throughout the lettings journey.

Your role will include:

Generating and booking rental valuations and market appraisals
Conducting property viewings with prospective tenants
Negotiating rental terms and agreeing lets
Progressing tenancies through to move-in
Supporting branch growth by identifying new business opportunities and building strong customer relationships

Skills and Experience We're Looking For: To be successful as a Lettings Negotiator, you will:

Ideally have previous experience within lettings, estate agency or a customer-facing sales role
Be motivated by delivering outstanding customer service and achieving results
Have excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Be organised, proactive and confident working in a target-driven environment
Be IT literate and comfortable using technology
Hold a full UK driving licence and have access to your own vehicle
