Full job description

We’re looking for a young, driven Content Producer & Editor to help build a serious automotive and business media brand from the ground up.

This is not a “turn up and clock in” media job.

This role is for someone who wants to be part of building something big.

We’re looking for someone who’s excited by content, building brands and being part of a fast-moving environment where content gets created daily.

You’ll work directly alongside a fast-growing automotive business and personal brand creating:

podcasts
viral short-form content
YouTube videos
behind-the-scenes business content
automotive content
entrepreneur-focused media

You’ll have real creative input, real responsibility and the opportunity to grow as the brand grows.

The Role

You’ll be responsible for:

filming podcasts and content
editing long-form YouTube videos
creating viral short-form clips
spotting trends and content opportunities
helping shape the direction of the brand
documenting real business, cars and entrepreneurship

This is a fast-moving environment where ideas get tested quickly and content gets pushed daily.

Experience matters, but mindset matters more.

Skills Needed

Filming experience
Strong editing skills
Understanding of TikTok/Reels/YouTube Shorts
Good understanding of hooks, pacing and storytelling
Familiar with all the modern AI & editing app's
Strong understanding of copywriting, headlines and viewer psychology

Bonus if you:

understand automotive culture
follow modern creators/podcasts
know how to make content feel cinematic and engaging

Upcoming Podcast Launch

You’ll be heavily involved in launching and growing a brand-new automotive/business podcast focused on conversations with successful business owners, entrepreneurs and people within the car industry.

This is a chance to help build something from the beginning - from production and filming through to viral short-form distribution and audience growth.

You won’t just be editing clips.
You’ll be helping shape the content, direction and overall media brand as it grows.
