A highly motivated, target-driven Sales and Customer Service professional with strong experience in B2B outbound calling, lead generation, appointment setting, complaints management, and client relationship building. Skilled at identifying potential business opportunities, building rapport quickly, handling objections confidently, and maintaining a professional approach with clients.

Experienced in managing customer enquiries, resolving issues efficiently, updating CRM systems, tracking leads, and supporting sales pipelines. Known for strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work well under pressure in fast-paced, target-focused environments.
