Games Master – Locked In A Room Center Parcs

With venues in Bristol, Milton Keynes, Southampton, Exeter and Center Parcs Longleat Forest, Locked In A Room delivers high-energy, puzzle-filled escape experiences that challenge teams to solve clues, crack codes, and escape before time runs out!
About the Role
As a Games Master, you’ll play a key role in ensuring every customer has an unforgettable experience. This varied, fast-paced position involves acting, hosting, and customer service, with responsibilities including:
Reception – Welcome teams, take attendance, and assist with enquiries.
Host – Facilitate the experience, conduct health & safety briefings, and celebrate team successes with photos and certificates.
Backstory Actor – Bring the game’s narrative to life, setting the scene and immersing teams in their mission.
Room Monitor – Support players as they tackle puzzles, offering hints and clues when needed. Reset rooms efficiently to keep the experience seamless.
Venue Maintenance – Work alongside the team to ensure our high standards of cleanliness and professionalism are upheld.

Flexible Availability – Must be available throughout the week, including weekends. Must be able to work around Christmas and New Years.

Preferred Experience (But Not Essential!)
While no prior experience is required (full training provided!), a background in any of the following would be beneficial:
Acting & Performance – Theatre, immersive experiences, or interactive entertainment.
Hosting & Public Speaking – Event facilitation, tour guiding, or front-of-house roles.
Hospitality & Events – Customer-facing roles in events, hospitality, or theme parks.
Escape Room / Game Experience – Experience in escape rooms, gaming, or interactive storytelling.
