Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Google Ads Specialist to join our marketing team! In this role, you will be at the forefront of digital advertising, crafting compelling campaigns that drive traffic, generate leads, and boost brand visibility across various platforms. Duties

Develop, implement, and manage Google Ads campaigns to maximize ROI and meet marketing objectives
Conduct keyword research and analysis to identify high-performing search terms aligned with B2B marketing strategies
Monitor campaign performance using Google Analytics and other analysis tools; adjust bids, ad copy, and targeting to improve results
Collaborate with content creators to develop engaging ad copy and visual assets, utilizing Adobe Photoshop when necessary
Manage budget allocation across campaigns, ensuring efficient use of resources while meeting deadlines
Optimize landing pages using WordPress and SEO best practices to enhance conversion rates
Prepare detailed reports on campaign performance using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for internal review and strategic planning
Coordinate with social media management teams to integrate advertising efforts across platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram
Oversee email marketing initiatives related to paid campaigns, nurturing leads through targeted messaging
Lead project management efforts for multiple campaigns simultaneously, ensuring timely execution and alignment with overall marketing goals

Qualifications

Proven experience managing Google Ads campaigns with a strong understanding of PPC (pay-per-click) advertising strategies
Solid knowledge of SEO principles, analysis skills, and website optimization techniques
Proficiency in Google Analytics, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Office Suite for data analysis and reporting
Familiarity with WordPress website management and Adobe Photoshop for content creation
Excellent communication skills in English; ability to craft compelling copy for ads and landing pages
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects efficiently under tight deadlines
Leadership qualities with experience in project management and team collaboration within a marketing environment
Experience in social media management, email marketing, and B2B marketing strategies is highly desirable
IT literacy with a good understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms; time management skills are essential
