Full job description

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Housekeeping and General Cleaning Staff to join our vibrant team at our holiday cottages in Ashbourne. As a key member of our hospitality environment, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest services while ensuring a welcoming atmosphere and overall cleanliness of the cottages. If you have a passion for delivering exceptional guest experience, we would love to hear from you.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with other staff to ensure timely service and quality of Housekeeping.
Manage time effectively to handle multiple tasks during busy periods while maintaining attention to detail.
Adhere to all health and safety regulations within the hospitality environment.
Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of guest rooms and common areas
Restock supplies in guest rooms and public areas as needed
Strong team work ethics and willing to step forward to cover any team members absence

Requirements

Previous experience in hotel setting is preferred but not essential.
Strong guest service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanour.
Excellent time management skills to efficiently handle busy shifts.
Understanding of health and safety standards and practices within the hospitality industry.
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also being able to take initiative when required.
A passion for hospitality and providing memorable experiences for guests.

We are happy to discuss if you want to work for us under a self-employed contract and the pay rate may vary from the listed pay rate.

Please note that starting pay rate will be based on National Minimum Wage as per candidate's age. Join us in creating an enjoyable atmosphere where guests can relax and indulge in our offerings!
