About us

Callaghans ltd is a business based in Gatley. We are estate agents covering South Manchester, we are looking for an experienced estate agent who can do property measure ups, complete brochures, photos and help with office duties, viewings, also experience in rentals/lettings

This would suit someone who needs Full/ part time employment, semi-retired estate agent, we would be flexible on hours required.

This could become a full time occupation possibly in the future.

We are looking for a Real Estate Agent with a strong knowledge of the local market to join our team. The candidate should have extensive experience in residential sales, and exceptional retail skills. A Real Estate Agent will work closely with our clients to understand their needs and show them homes that match their requirements. We are specifically looking for someone who is energetic, highly-motivated and has a passion for real estate.

Responsibilities:

Rent out houses and apartments.
Represent clients to prospective home buyers.
Help clients sell their homes.
Market properties.
Negotiate contracts with clients.
Meet with clients for face to face discussion about the house.
