We’re looking for a hands-on Installation Technician to join our growing team working across rail infrastructure projects.
This role involves working on customer sites, carrying out specialist glazing installations and replacements on rail vehicles. Full training is provided, so candidates from a range of construction, fitting, or mechanical backgrounds are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Carrying out windscreen replacements
- Replacing door glass and body side glass
- Following basic instructions and technical drawings
- Maintaining accurate job records and documentation
- Working across multiple customer sites
- Adhering to strict health & safety procedures at all times
What We’re Looking For
- Physically fit and comfortable with hands-on work
- Experience in glazing, fitting, sealing, construction, glass fitting or similar trades
- Ability to follow instructions and work to a high standard
- Strong attention to detail and safety
- Full UK driving licence (essential)
Glazing experience is preferred but NOT essential – full training will be provided for the right candidates.

Location & Travel
Our business is based in Derby but you will be working away for the entire week. Arriving at our head office & workshop on a Monday morning before departing for London & staying away for the week, & arriving back Friday afternoon.

Digs provided, as well as a £25 per night food allowance
