Full job description

BULKHEAD is on the hunt for a Senior Engineer who specializes in gameplay engineering and thrives in Unreal Engine. If you’re passionate about crafting responsive, immersive gameplay systems and love solving technical challenges, we want to hear from you!

What you’ll be doing

Writing high-performance, scalable, and maintainable code
Solving tricky debugging and optimisation challenges
Making sure networking runs like a dream in multiplayer environments
Guiding and mentoring other engineers to level up their skills
Collaborating with designers and artists to create something amazing

What we need from you:

Strong C++ skills and Unreal Engine experience
Deep understanding of multiplayer networking
A track record of shipping commercial multiplayer games
A passion for problem-solving and making things better

The Game

You'll be working on Wardogs, an all-out-warfare multiplayer first person shooter. That means infantry combat, tank warfare, jet dog fighting, and artillery barrages. We play test the game twice a week, so you'll have lots of time to get stuck in and really be a part of the game you're creating.
