Established in 2020 and inspired by real trips to New York, our brand is built around a genuine love for New York pizza culture — big slices, quality ingredients, fast service, and strong team energy. Our dough is made fresh in-house, proved for a minimum of 24 hours, free from additives or preservatives, and every pizza is hand-stretched to order using 100% mozzarella.
We’re a family-run, independent business with multiple sites and growing brands. We’re hands-on, fast-paced, and building something we’re proud of.
Now we’re looking for an Assistant Manager to help lead our teams, support daily operations, and play a key role in the next stage of our growth.
The Role
This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys being in the middle of busy service, leading from the front, and helping create a workplace people actually enjoy being part of.
You’ll work closely with the other managers to keep shifts running smoothly, support the team, maintain high standards, and make sure every customer leaves with a great experience.
Just real hospitality and strong teamwork.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Supporting the day-to-day running of the store
- Leading shifts and helping manage busy services
- Motivating and supporting the team during peak periods
- Helping train and develop team members
- Maintaining high standards of food quality, cleanliness, and customer service
- Assisting with stock control, prep organisation, and opening/closing duties
- Handling customer issues confidently and professionally
- Stepping up to run the shift when the Manager isn’t there
- Supporting standards across multiple sites when needed

What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience as a Supervisor or Shift Leader
- Takeaway, fast food, or hospitality experience preferred
- Confident working in a busy, fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and people skills
- Organised, reliable, and hands-on
- Someone who leads by example and stays calm under pressure
