Position: PA, Mortgage Administrator & Client Services Specialist
Location: Chelmsford, CM2 6XW
Type: Full-time (with Part-time option, 25 hours per week)

Role Overview
This multifaceted role is an amalgamation of a Personal Assistant, Mortgage Administrator, and a Client Services Specialist. If you're someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, with a knack for relationship management and impeccable organisational skills, we invite you to be part of our success story.

Key Responsibilities

Answering calls and adeptly handling client queries.
Managing online enquiries with a focus on booking appointments for our advisers.
Nurturing relationships through regular communication with clients and prospects.
Assisting mortgage advisers to augment sales.
Demonstrating an in-depth understanding of the business to set priorities and manage expectations.
Ensuring the CRM database is accurate and regularly updated.
Handling invoices, overseeing payments, and collating essential client files for compliance checks.
Championing relationship management across all verticals – directors, clients, advisers, and teams.
Continuously seeking innovative ways to support the business and the team.
