Lowe Property Care provides property maintenance, repairs, renovations and general upkeep services for residential and commercial customers across Essex, London and nearby areas.
Due to continued growth, we are looking for reliable self-employed multi-trade subcontractors to support us with regular maintenance and repair work.
The opportunity
This is a self-employed subcontractor opportunity, not an employed role. It would suit an experienced multi-trader, handyman, maintenance contractor or property repair specialist looking for regular, varied work.
You will be offered jobs based on your skills, location and availability. You remain responsible for how you run your business and are free to work for other customers and clients.
Typical work includes
General property repairs and maintenance
Painting and decorating
Basic carpentry, fixtures, fittings, doors and locks
Basic plumbing repairs where competent
Small repair works and making-good
Property condition checks and job surveys
Reporting issues clearly with photos and job notes
Working professionally in occupied homes, commercial properties and managed sites
You will need
Your own van or suitable vehicle
Your own tools and PPE
Public liability insurance
Full UK driving licence
Good communication and customer-service skills
Experience in property maintenance, repairs or multi-trade work
Ability to use a phone/job system for updates and photos
DBS check or willingness to complete one where required

Important information
This is a self-employed subcontractor opportunity. You will be responsible for your own tax, National Insurance, insurance, business expenses and invoicing. CIS deductions will apply where legally required.
Pay: £175.00-£250.00 per day
