Full job description

Job Overview
At Moochi Clean Ltd. we are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Machine Operator to join our dynamic team to convert paper mother rolls to smaller products like Kitchen Towel, Toilet Rolls and other paper based cleaning products. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical knowledge and experience with various tools and machinery panels. This role involves operating and maintaining machinery, ensuring quality production, and adhering to safety protocols. Full training will be provided.

Moochi Clean Ltd. are a new startup of paper converter and manufacturing new efficient eco friendly paper based products. Your job will be to make sure paper production is smooth through machine operation.

Benefits

Free Monthly Fuel allowance provided. This is a remote location and would require private transport.

40 hours minimum per week, flexible hours and optional weekend hours also available.

Duties

Operate and monitor machinery to ensure efficient production processes.
Perform routine maintenance on machines, including cleaning, lubricating, and troubleshooting as necessary.
Fabricate components using various materials while adhering to safety standards.
Handle forklift operations if required and monitor paper loading.
Handle materials appropriately, monitoring paper storage and inventory management.
Maintain accurate records of production output and machine performance.
Follow all health and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment.

Qualifications

Medium to Strong mechanical knowledge with experience in operating machinery.
Basic maths skills for measurements and calculations related to production tasks.
Familiarity with logic controllers is an advantage.
operations is beneficial but not essential.
Ability to handle materials safely and efficiently in a manufacturing environment.
Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality work.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work well under pressure.
