About Ellen Kensington Hotel:

Located in the vibrant heart of Kensington, Ellen Kensington is a luxury boutique hotel with 105 exquisite guest rooms and suites arranged through five inter-connected Victorian town houses. With a spacious reception, lounge, bar, restaurant, extensive wellness facilities, and a private garden, guests may anticipate round-the-clock service delivered in the warm embrace of Asian hospitality. Ellen Kensington offers easy access to Holland Park and Kensington Gardens and some of London’s finest cultural institutions in South Kensington including the Natural History Museum, Victoria & Albert Museum and the Royal Albert Hall.

Role Summary:
As a Room Attendant, you are responsible for ensuring guest rooms are cleaned and presented to the highest luxury standards, contributing directly to the guest experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Clean guest rooms to Ellen Kensington Hotel standards, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and restocking guest amenities.
Follow assigned task sheets and room status updates to ensure timely turnaround of arrivals, stayovers, and departures.
Report maintenance issues, damages, and lost & found items promptly to the Housekeeping Supervisor/Manager
Respond professionally and courteously to guest requests and needs during room servicing.
Maintain a clean, well-organised trolley and ensure housekeeping pantries are tidy and stocked.
Follow health, safety, and hygiene standards at all times, including correct use of chemicals and equipment.

Please note that this job description is not exhaustive, and the role may require performing other related duties as needed to support the hotel's objectives.

What We're Looking For:

Minimum of 1 year of experience in a Room Attendant/Cleaner position within the hospitality sector preferably in a 5-star hotel environment.
Courteous and professional attitude with guests and team members.
Ability to work and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
