We're passionate about providing exceptional customer service, fast dispatch and a buying experience that exceeds expectations. As our business continues to grow, we're looking for an organised and reliable Fulfilment Assistant to join our team.
The Role
You'll work closely with our E-commerce Manager to ensure every order is picked accurately, packed professionally and dispatched on time.
This isn't just about putting products into boxes. We want every customer to receive the same level of care we'd expect ourselves, helping create an outstanding experience from the moment they place their order.
Initially this role is around four hours per day, with genuine opportunities for additional hours as the business continues to grow.
Responsibilities
- Pick customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Pack products to a high standard, ensuring they arrive safely.
- Prepare parcels for daily courier collections.
- Check incoming deliveries and organise stock.
- Maintain a clean, organised and efficient packing area.
- Help manage stock levels and report shortages.
- Assist with stock counts and inventory accuracy.
- Work alongside the E-commerce Manager to continually improve fulfilment processes.
- Help resolve order issues quickly and professionally.
- Go above and beyond to ensure every customer receives exceptional service.

- Enjoys providing outstanding customer service.
- Is physically capable of lifting and packing parcels throughout the day.
- Has good computer skills and is comfortable learning new systems.
Previous experience in e-commerce, warehouse, fulfilment or retail would be beneficial but isn't essential. A positive attitude and willingness to learn are more important.

Pay: £14.00-£20.00 per hour
