The Nook on Five is a contemporary dining destination known for exceptional food, elegant service, and a welcoming atmosphere. We are seeking an experienced Senior Waiter with a background in 2+ Rosette-standard dining as a minimum to join our front-of-house team.
The Role
As Senior Waiter, you will play a key role in delivering a seamless guest experience. You’ll lead by example on the floor, support and mentor junior staff, and uphold the high standards that define The Nook on Five.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver attentive, professional, and knowledgeable service to every guest.
- Lead service sections, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
- Support management in training and developing the front-of-house team.
- Maintain a strong knowledge of menus, wine, and pairings to confidently make recommendations.
- Ensure service meets and exceeds Rosette-level expectations.

- Proven experience in a 2+ Rosette-standard or fine-dining restaurant.
- Strong leadership qualities with the ability to inspire and guide a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
