NuYu Dental and Aesthetics is looking for a dynamic Dental Treatment Coordinator (TCO) to join our growing team in our brand-new, spa-like facility in Cheltenham!

What You’ll Do:
- Consult with Patients: Be the friendly, knowledgeable guide that helps patients understand their treatment options and feel excited about their journey.
- Generate Leads: Use both online and traditional marketing efforts to attract new patients. Engage with local businesses, develop partnerships, and promote NuYu’s unique offerings to expand our reach in the community.
- Coordinate Treatment Plans: Manage patients’ experiences from consultation to completion, ensuring they receive comprehensive care in a seamless, supportive way.
- Promote Our Services: Advocate for NuYu’s advanced treatments in Invisalign, implants, cosmetic dentistry, and more, helping patients envision the possibilities.
- Achieve Personal and Team Goals: Use your competitive nature to meet or exceed patient acquisition and treatment goals, driving growth for the practice.
Who We’re Looking For:
- A Qualified Dental Nurse with Treatment Coordinator Experience and additional qualifications (such as Radiography) looking for an innovative practice.
- Confident and Proactive: Comfortable using online platforms, social media, and traditional marketing techniques to generate leads and build our patient community.
- Competitive and Results-Driven: Motivated by setting goals and achieving results, both personally and for our patients.
- Excellent Communicator: Skilled at building rapport, explaining treatment benefits clearly, and making patients feel confident and informed.
- Organized and Detail-Oriented: Able to manage multiple patient cases, coordinate schedules, and keep everything running smoothly.
