About Us

We are an award-winning, artisan bakery known for producing high-quality sourdough bread, pastries, and handcrafted baked goods. We take pride in doing things properly — from long fermentation processes to finishing products by hand.

We’re now looking for a reliable and motivated Night Shift Baker to join our team.

Shift Pattern - shifts typically start around 9/10pm

4-5 shifts a week

This is a hands-on baking position working through the night to prepare products for the following day’s trade.

Full training will be provided in:

Mixing and scaling dough
Shaping and baking sourdough and other breads
Frying doughnuts
Glazing and finishing products
Maintaining high hygiene and production standards
Working efficiently within a production schedule

You will be trained step-by-step to become a confident and skilled artisan baker.

What We’re Looking For

Reliable and punctual
Able to work independently during night hours
Physically fit and comfortable working on your feet
Good attention to detail
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Previous baking experience is helpful but not essential

This role suits someone who enjoys structured work, takes pride in craftsmanship, and wants to develop a real skill.

Pay & Progression

Competitive hourly rate (depending on experience)
