Skyborne Airline Academy are recruiting a Synthetic Training Instructor to join our team here at Gloucestershire Airport.
This role will apply your knowledge of simulator based training on our DA42 FNPT II devices. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced flight instructors who are looking to continue sharing their knowledge and expertise in a ground-based training environment. The role is ideally suited to former flight instructors who are no longer actively flying but remain passionate about teaching.
In addition to synthetic flight instruction, the successful candidate will also support the delivery of theoretical knowledge instruction associated with the Multi-Engine Piston (MEP) and Instrument Rating (IR) phases of training.
This position is available on a full time, part time or contractual basis.
Qualifications
- Hold or have held UK Part-FCL CPL(A) or ATPL(A).
- Current or recently expired (within the past 3 years) FI(A) unrestricted.
- Depending upon having IRI or CRI ME previous qualifications no class 1 or 2 medical required.
- Valid English Language Proficiency level 5 or 6.
- STI(A) already issued.
- We can sponsor IRI or CRI ME for the right candidate to build up required STI(A) qualifications.
