Responsibilities:
An Experienced Data Analyst translates business problems into data-driven insights. This role works with stakeholders to collect, organise, and analyse data, identify trends, and present clear, actionable recommendations. The analyst supports business decision-making and process improvement through reporting, visualization, and statistical analysis.
Key Responsibilities
Data Analysis & Insights

Analyse data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement

Apply statistical methods to support forecasting and decision-making

Translate complex data into actionable insights and recommendations
Data Collection & Management

Gather, clean, and organise data from multiple sources

Design, maintain, and improve data systems

Ensure data quality through validation, audits, and issue resolution
Reporting & Visualisation

Create reports, and automated reporting solutions

Present data in a clear, compelling way to support decision-making

Translate business requirements into meaningful KPIs and visual outputs
Stakeholder Collaboration

Work with stakeholders to understand data needs and business challenges

Communicate insights and recommendations clearly to non-technical audiences

Support cross-functional teams with data-driven analysis
Tools & Technical Delivery

Use SQL, Python/R, and visualisation tools (e.g. Power BI, Tableau)

Support development of forecasting models and ad hoc analysis
Documentation & Continuous Improvement

Document data definitions, business rules, and processes

Identify opportunities to improve data quality, reporting, and workflows

Contribute to data governance practices (e.g. data dictionaries, lineage)
