Full job description

Customer Service and Showroom Assistant - Saturdays only. (Farrar & Tanner part of the Outdoor365 group)

Cheltenham, Gloucestershire

We are looking for an enthusiastic, intelligent, and friendly person to join our small team on Saturdays to help deliver our 5* customer service. In return you get free parking, refreshments, a great working environment, and a generous discount off lovely gifts. As one of our Customer Service assistants, you will assist customers who visit our showroom looking for gifts for their loved ones. In between in-store customers, you’ll handle our online order processing, and reply to customer emails.

Tasks

Answering customer enquiries.
Finding solutions to customer problems
Assisting customer in our showroom
Processing online orders

We'd like you to have worked in a customer service role before, either in store or restaurant environments. Please apply for our job outlining why you'd be suitable. The hours for this role are 9-5pm every Saturday. You must be over 18 to apply.
