Full job description

About the Role

We’re looking for a reliable and hardworking Parcel Packer to join our busy fulfilment team.
You’ll be responsible for packing customer orders accurately and efficiently, making sure every parcel leaves our warehouse on time and in perfect condition.

It’s a hands-on role that requires energy, focus, and attention to detail — perfect for someone who enjoys being active and working as part of a friendly, supportive team.

What You’ll Do

Pick and pack customer orders safely and accurately
Handle and move stock of different sizes and weights
Maintain a clean and organized work area

About You

Physically fit and comfortable being on your feet all day
Strong attention to detail and takes pride in doing a good job
Positive, proactive “can-do” attitude
Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player
Previous warehouse or packing experience helpful, but not essential — full training provided

Shifts Available

Thursday to Monday : 9:00am – 5:30pm

(Weekend shifts 8:00am – 4:00pm)

Pay & Benefits

£13.83 per hour basic rate
£15.93 per hour weekend rate
Monthly performance bonus of £0.25/hr if site dispatch rate exceeds 95% within 48hrs
