Job Overview
We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic Hair Stylist to join our vibrant salon team. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for hairdressing, providing exceptional service to clients while maintaining a welcoming and professional environment. This role offers opportunities for creative expression, skill development, and career progression within a dynamic setting. The successful applicant will be responsible for delivering a range of hair services, ensuring client satisfaction and fostering long-term relationships.

Responsibilities

Provide expert hair styling services including cutting, colouring, blow-drying, and specialised treatments.
Offer personalised consultations to understand client preferences and recommend suitable styles or treatments.
Maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness in all work areas and tools.
Manage front desk duties including appointment scheduling, client check-in, and payment processing.
Upsell products and services to enhance client experience and maximise salon revenue.
Assist with store management tasks such as stock control and visual merchandising when needed.
Build strong relationships with clients through excellent customer service and communication skills.

Experience

Proven experience as a Hair Stylist in a professional salon environment.
Skills in barbering, colour correction, and specialised styling techniques are highly desirable.
Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clientele.

This role is ideal for motivated individuals passionate about the beauty industry who wish to develop their skills within a supportive team. All positions are paid, including commission on top of the fixed wage, ensuring fair compensation for your expertise and dedication.
