The Role
As Head Coach, you will be responsible for leading the coaching experience at Ludus and ensuring every member receives exceptional service, support and results.
You will oversee coaching standards, member retention, team accountability and member experience while supporting the continued growth of the business.

Key Responsibilities
Member Results & Retention
- Monitor member attendance and engagement
- Track member progress and outcomes
- Identify and support at-risk members early
- Deliver a high level of accountability and support
- Maintain strong member relationships
- Improve long-term retention and member satisfaction
Coaching & Team Leadership
- Deliver outstanding coaching sessions
- Lead by example through professionalism and energy
- Maintain coaching standards across the team
- Support and develop other coaches
- Ensure safety, organisation and session quality remain high
- Help create a positive and high-performing coaching culture
Member Experience
- Create a welcoming and motivating environment
- Resolve member concerns professionally and efficiently
- Foster a strong sense of community
- Ensure members feel recognised, supported and valued
Sales & Consultations
- Conduct strategy sessions and movement assessments
- Help prospective members identify the right solution for their goals
- Support conversion of leads into long-term members
- Follow up enquiries where appropriate
Marketing & Brand Support
- Participate in content creation and filming
- Help gather member success stories and testimonials
- Support the growth and reputation of the Ludus brand

- Has experience coaching individuals or groups

Previous experience in personal training, strength and conditioning, group coaching or gym management is desirable.
