We’re looking for a highly motivated individual to teach across a range of sports programmes including BTEC Sport, Sport Science and A Level Physical Education.
You will be expected to have experience of teaching, tutoring and leading sports based academic provision. You will need to hold a relevant degree, teaching qualification and be able to demonstrate experience of teaching at post 16 level. A flexible approach, excellent organisation and good interpersonal skills are required as well as being a proactive team player.

- Please note, this vacancy is a permanent 0.5 FTE role with remaining hours on a variable hours contract at a rate of £32.23 per teaching hour (please note the hourly rate includes an element for planning, marking and holiday pay). We are looking for a candidate who is interested in working close to full-time hours, and expect to be able to offer approximately 850–900 teaching hours per academic year across the Faculty.
This role will commence from Wednesday 19th August, 2026.
