Job Overview

Join our dynamic team as a Quality & Compliance Assistant, where your enthusiasm and attention to detail will play a vital role in maintaining the highest standards of quality assurance and regulatory compliance. In this energetic position, you will support the implementation of quality processes, assist in monitoring compliance procedures, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. Your proactive approach will help ensure our operations meet rigorous standards while fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.

Responsibilities

Assist in conducting quality assurance checks across various departments to verify adherence to company standards and regulatory requirements
Support the documentation and tracking of quality metrics, audit results, and compliance reports
Collaborate with teams to identify areas for process improvement and help implement corrective actions
Participate in internal audits and inspections, ensuring all procedures are followed accurately
Maintain organized records of quality assurance activities, non-conformances, and corrective actions taken
Help coordinate training sessions related to quality policies and compliance protocols for staff
Stay informed about industry regulations and best practices to support ongoing compliance efforts

Qualifications

Strong understanding of quality assurance principles and practices
Excellent organizational skills with keen attention to detail
Ability to communicate effectively across teams and document findings clearly
Proactive mindset with a passion for continuous improvement and learning
Prior experience in quality assurance or compliance roles is a plus but not required
Basic proficiency with data management tools or software used for record keeping
