We are seeking a proactive and highly organised Quality Coordinator to support and maintain our Integrated Management System (IMS) and oversee all company accreditations, certifications, memberships, and compliance requirements.
This role is key to ensuring the business maintains the highest standards across quality, compliance, and operational processes. The successful candidate will lead external and internal audits, coordinate continuous improvement activities, and act as the central point of contact for all IMS-related queries and internal systems support.
The Quality Coordinator will also play an important role in onboarding and training new starters on company procedures and systems, ensuring consistency and compliance across the business.

- Working Hours: Full-time 8am – 5pm Monday to Thursday and 4pm Friday
Key Responsibilities
Compliance & Accreditation Management
- Manage and maintain all company accreditations, certifications, and memberships.
- Coordinate and lead external audits and questionnaires.
- Ensure ongoing compliance with ISO standards, industry regulations, and company procedures.
- Maintain accurate compliance records, documentation, and audit trails.
- Monitor renewal dates and ensure all certifications and memberships remain up to date.
Integrated Management System (IMS)
- Manage and continually improve the company’s Integrated Management System (IMS).
- Review and update, company policies, procedures, forms, and templates.
- Support departments in following company processes and best practice.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency.
Training & Internal Support
- Deliver onboarding and systems training to new starters.
- Act as the go-to person for internal systems, processes, and compliance queries.
- Provide guidance and support to teams across the business on IMS procedures.
- Promote a positive quality culture throughout the organisation.
General Duties
- Support continuous improvement initiatives across the business.
- Assist with document control and version management.
- Work collaboratively with operational and management teams to maintain standards.
- Support the preparation of management board meetings and compliance reporting.
Skills & Experience
Essential
- Previous experience within a quality, compliance, or IMS coordination role.
- Experience managing audits, accreditations, and compliance processes.
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Confident communicator with the ability to build positive working relationships.
- Comfortable delivering training and supporting staff at all levels.
- Strong administrative and document control capabilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and internal management systems.
Desirable
- Experience within the construction industry, ideally with a Tier 1 contractor.
- Knowledge of ISO standards such as ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001.
- Experience using electronic document management systems or compliance platforms.
