Are you compassionate, adaptable, and ready to make a meaningful impact? Lodge Brothers, one of the UK’s first employee-owned funeral businesses, is seeking a Relief Funeral Arranger to support families and our team across Surrey.

As a Relief Funeral Arranger, you’ll provide support, advice, and guidance to families, helping them create personalised farewells for their loved ones. This role includes holiday and sickness cover within a defined area and occasionally across our 48-branch network. You’ll also ensure respectful care of the deceased, liaise with clergy, celebrants, crematoria, and cemeteries, and assist with other business needs.

What We’re Looking For:

Customer-facing experience
Strong organisational and communication skills
IT proficiency (experience with funeral-related paperwork is a bonus)
Flexibility to travel and access to your own transport
Professionalism to uphold our strict dress code
