The post holder will be required to work with Senior Management to support the Scheduling service within the Oral & Maxillofacial / ENT departments in providing effective day-to-day operational management and service improvement.
Supervising the schedulers, ensuring theatre lists are fully utilised and prepared properly.
Liaise with internal and external colleagues to share patient pathway information and diagnostic information and expedite patient journeys where needed.
Ensure trust systems are updated with patient pathway status information and that data quality is maintained.
Attend all Theatre meetings, ensuring all required relevant information/data is prepared and available
for the meetings.
Keep an accurate record of team members’ annual leave, sickness, and other leave requirements
