Full job description

Ever planned a road trip and ended up with 47 tabs open, 3 half-saved Google Maps, and one friend who “just knows a shortcut”?

Same. That’s why we built MIVIA—an app that makes planning and navigating road trips actually enjoyable.

Now we’re looking for a dynamic, hands-on Marketing Manager to help grow MIVIA (and Forever Automotive) by keeping our content sharp, our community buzzing, and our emails worth opening.

What you’ll be doing

Social media management:

Run our channels across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn and YouTube
Plan and schedule content, write captions that sound human, not corporate
Monitor engagement and respond to comments/DMs (with personality and promptness)

Email marketing & comms:

Create newsletters, product updates, announcements and campaigns
Help manage email lists, segmentation and ongoing user communication
Keep our email tone friendly, clear and consistent (no “Dear valued customer” energy)

Community engagement (the heart of it):

Engage with MIVIA users/followers and help grow a community people want to be part of
Encourage conversation, gather feedback, and pass insights back to the team
Help shape a community-led presence across social and other channels

Brand support (keeping MIVIA, MIVIA):

Ensure everything outward-facing reflects MIVIA’s tone, visual identity and positioning
Support messaging across social, email, website updates, partnerships and announcements
Help communicate what we’re building and why it matters—clearly and consistently

What we’re looking for

At least 3 years’ experience managing social media accounts with demonstrable results
Excellent writing skills - captions, emails, announcements: you can do it all
Have ran successful email marketing campaigns
You understand modern platforms and trends (and when to ignore them)
Comfortable with Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud, and Meta Business Suite
Interest in automotive, travel, lifestyle and community-led brands is a big plus

Can switch from playful TikTok tone to crisp LinkedIn updates without breaking a sweat
