Job Summary
Urbano32 is seeking for a energetic fun and passionate chef to join our stabilished team. Experience in Pizza making is a bonus but not essential, as training can be given.

The ideal candidate should have previous experience in a fast pace kitchen and commitment to delivering high-quality product.

As a Chef, you will play a vital role in meal preparation, ensuring that all dishes meet our standards of excellence while adhering to food safety regulations.

Our kitchen closes at 9pm and weekend off are scheduled to ensure a working -life balance in out kitchen team.

Duties

Prepare and cook a variety of meals according to established recipes and menus.
Maintain cleanliness and organisation within the kitchen, ensuring all equipment is properly cleaned and stored.
Monitor food quality throughout the cooking process to ensure consistency and presentation.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient meal service during peak hours.
Adhere strictly to food safety guidelines and hygiene standards

Requirements

Proven experience as a Chef or in a similar role within a restaurant setting.
Knowledge of cooking pasta, pizza dough techniques, meal preparation, and food safety practices
Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail.
A passion for cooking and creativity in meal presentation.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as required.
