As an Onboarding Specialist, you'll be the trusted guide for new customers as they start their journey with Booking Experts. Once a contract is signed, you'll take ownership of the onboarding process, working closely with customers to ensure a smooth implementation and successful go-live.
You'll help customers understand how to get the most from our platform, improve their processes and adopt new ways of working. From data migration and configuration to training and launch, you'll play a key role in setting customers up for long-term success.
Setting up and configuring customer accounts within the Booking Experts platform.
Reviewing customer data and preparing onboarding and implementation plans.
Delivering engaging online training sessions and workshops for new users.
Advising customers on process improvements, automation opportunities and best practices.
Supporting data migrations, imports and platform configuration.
Helping customers structure pricing, availability and operational data accurately.
Working with developers and technical teams on integrations and API connections.
Managing onboarding timelines and ensuring successful go-live milestones.
Monitoring project progress and proactively addressing challenges.
Conducting smooth handovers to the Customer Success team once onboarding is complete.
Keeping project documentation and progress up to date in Asana.
Contributing ideas and feedback to continuously improve the onboarding experience.
We're looking for someone who enjoys working with people just as much as they enjoy working with technology.
You'll likely have:
A higher education qualification or equivalent level of thinking and working.
Experience in onboarding, implementation, customer success or a similar customer-facing role (although attitude and potential are just as important).
A strong interest in software, technology and automation.
The ability to quickly understand new systems and explain them clearly to others.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication skills and confidence working with different stakeholders.
A proactive mindset and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
You're customer-focused, curious and eager to learn. You enjoy helping people navigate change and remain calm when tackling complex challenges. You're comfortable taking ownership of your work and thrive in a collaborative environment where your efforts have a direct impact on customer satisfaction and success.
