We are looking for two experienced Senior Creative Stylist to join our growing team at Novum – Hair & Beauty. On a permanent contract, either parttime or fulltime hours.

This is not just about filling a column. We are looking for someone who genuinely loves the industry, values exceptional client care, and wants to be part of a salon focused on quality, trust, personalisation, and long-term growth.

We are looking for somebody who:

Is highly skilled in cutting, colouring and styling
Has strong consultation and communication skills

Leads by example through professionalism, standards and attitude
Wants to help elevate and inspire the salon environment positively
Values consistency, care and attention to detail

This role is ideal for a stylist who is confident in their craft and looking for a salon environment where they can continue to grow, feel valued, and be part of shaping something meaningful.

You will be joining an established team alongside our Assistant Manager Rose and under the leadership and development support of Lisa, who oversees both of Novum's salon locations.
