We're looking for a standout employment lawyer to take the lead in Liverpool—someone who enjoys autonomy, influence, and the chance to redefine how employment law support is delivered.

What we are looking for

Senior employment lawyer (ideally 6+ PQE, but we'll flex for the right person)
Someone commercially minded who enjoys client relationships
A natural problem-solver who thrives on variety
A builder—someone who wants to create, not just maintain
