UTV Products Ltd is looking for a hands-on Head of Marketing to lead and strengthen marketing across the business as we continue to grow across the UK and international markets.
This is a broad, commercially focused role combining strategic leadership with day-to-day execution. We’re looking for someone who can take ownership of marketing performance, challenge what isn’t working, and help build a stronger, more scalable marketing function.
This role would suit someone who enjoys being involved in both the bigger picture and the detail — from strategy and reporting through to campaigns, websites, customer engagement, and team development.
About the Role
You’ll work closely with the directors and wider business to ensure marketing supports real business priorities, sales performance, product launches, and customer demand.
A major focus of the role initially will be reviewing current marketing activity and identifying opportunities to improve performance, conversion, customer retention, and overall effectiveness.
You’ll lead internal marketing resource alongside external partners and agencies, helping create a clearer and more accountable marketing structure as the business continues to grow.
Initial Focus
During the first few months, the successful candidate will be expected to:
- Carry out a full review of current marketing activity across ads, website, social media, email marketing, and content
- Build a strong understanding of our customer base across all sectors and markets
- Identify opportunities to improve conversion, customer retention, and marketing effectiveness
- Review the current marketing structure and recommend improvements where needed
- Improve reporting, accountability, and visibility of marketing performance
- Assess the effectiveness of external agencies and suppliers
- Strengthen email marketing and customer retention activity
- Identify quick wins while helping shape longer-term strategy
Key Responsibilities
- Lead all marketing activity across the business
- Develop and deliver marketing strategy across UK and international markets
- Manage campaigns, product launches, brand activity, and trade shows/events
- Oversee website performance and development across UK, IE, EU, NZ/AU, and North American markets
- Manage and grow social media channels with a focus on meaningful engagement and commercial impact
- Take ownership of analytics, reporting, and marketing performance
- Improve customer journey, website conversion, and retention
- Manage external agencies, suppliers, and marketing partners
- Work closely with sales, engineering, and logistics teams to align marketing with wider business priorities
- Build and develop a scalable marketing function over time
- Lead and support the internal marketing team
What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for someone who:
- Is commercially minded and results focused
- Understands the link between marketing activity and sales performance
- Is comfortable leading strategy while remaining hands-on
- Has experience across digital marketing, ecommerce, websites, analytics, and customer engagement
- Can confidently review existing processes and recommend improvements
- Is organised, proactive, and collaborative
- Enjoys working within a fast-moving business where no two weeks are the same
Desirable Experience
- Ecommerce and website management
- GA4 and marketing analytics
- Paid advertising and campaign management
- Email marketing and customer retention
- International marketing experience
- Knowledge or experience within the agricultural or construction industries would be highly beneficial

Additional Information
- Monday–Friday, 9:00am–5:30pm
- 30 days holiday including bank holidays
- Full-time office-based role in Nantwich
- Attendance at selected trade shows and events throughout the year will be required
