About The Role

Altrad is an international leader in the provision of critical industrial services principally to the energy and natural resources sectors.

Our multi-disciplinary service offering includes the traditional services of access, insulation, coatings and mechanical, and a range of specialist services including oil and gas storage tanks, heat exchanger replacement and refurbishment, and environmental services.

A Commercial Administrator (Payroll) is required for our busy regional office in Norwich. This is a permanent position working full time. The successful candidate will be reporting to the Commercial Manager and main duties will be:

Administrating the payroll process
Processing timesheets
Processing expenses
Other duties will include:
Producing commercial reports and data analysing
Raising quotations
Creating invoices
Providing administrative support to various departments as required

Required skills:

Good communication skills / telephone manner
Ability to work in a busy environment
Ability to multi-task and willing to learn
Flexible attitude to work
Knowledge of IT Programs and software
Interpersonal skills
