Duties

Assist clients in identifying career goals and developing tailored employment plans
Provide one-on-one mentoring to support job readiness, interview preparation, and skill development
Connect clients with local employers, training programs, and community resources to expand their opportunities
Maintain detailed records of client progress and employment outcomes using Microsoft Office tools
Deliver engaging workshops on resume writing, job search strategies, and workplace communication
Offer ongoing support and encouragement throughout the job placement process
Collaborate with team members to improve program services and share best practices

Requirements

Strong mentoring and interpersonal skills to motivate and guide diverse populations
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, and Outlook
Fluency in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills
Prior experience in customer service or employment services is preferred
Knowledge of IT systems and online job search platforms is advantageous
Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple clients and documentation efficiently
Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team
