Alongside our busy showroom and workshop operations, we operate a large and growing online business supplying genuine motorcycle parts, accessories, clothing and merchandise to customers throughout the UK and worldwide.
We are looking for an enthusiastic and organised individual to join our busy Parts Department. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for motorcycles who enjoys both customer-facing sales and e-commerce administration.
The Role
Working as part of our Parts Department team, you will support retail, trade and online customers while helping to manage and develop our online product catalogue across our website and eBay store.
This is a varied position that combines motorcycle parts knowledge, customer service, stock management and online sales administration.
Key Responsibilities
- Assisting customers with motorcycle parts, accessories and clothing enquiries in person, by telephone and via email.
- Identifying and supplying parts using manufacturer parts catalogues and systems.
- Processing customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Creating, updating and optimising product listings on the Judd Racing website and eBay store.
- Writing accurate product descriptions and specifications.
- Uploading product images and managing online content.
- Monitoring stock levels and ensuring online inventory accuracy.
- Updating pricing, promotions and product information.
- Supporting the dispatch and fulfilment of online orders.
- Helping to grow online sales through improved product presentation and merchandising.
- Maintaining exceptional levels of customer service.
Essential Skills & Experience
- Previous experience within a motorcycle dealership, motorcycle parts department, automotive parts environment or similar role.
- Good working knowledge of motorcycles and motorcycle components.
- Experience managing eBay listings and online marketplace sales.
- Strong computer skills and confidence working with websites and e-commerce systems.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Desirable Skills
- Experience with BigCommerce or similar e-commerce platforms.
- Knowledge of SEO, online merchandising and digital marketing.
- Experience using inventory management or ERP systems.
- Product photography and image editing skills.
- Motorcycle licence.
- Enthusiasm for the brands we represent, including Norton, KTM, Royal Enfield, Husqvarna, GASGAS and Surron.
