⭐ Trainee Spa Therapist
⭐ About the Role
A fully funded, fully paid training opportunity to become a qualified Spa Therapist at The Regent Health Club & Spa. No previous experience is required — all training is provided on site by Spa Trainers. Once qualified, you move into a full‑time role with a pay increase

⭐ What you will do
- Deliver treatments such as Swedish massage and facials
- Provide exceptional guest service and personalised treatment experiences
- Support front‑of‑house tasks: bookings, enquiries, client greetings, phone calls
- Upsell services and products
- Maintain treatment rooms and communal areas
- Assist with promoting social media offers and Spa promotions
- Help with admin, scheduling, stock control, laundry and general spa duties
⭐ Training & Commitment
- Course fees fully paid by the company
- You are paid during training and accrue holiday pay
- This is a full time training programme
- A 15‑month commitment is required after qualification (fees may be repayable if you leave early)
⭐ What you Need
- A genuine interest in hospitality, wellness or beauty
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Good organisation and hygiene standards
- Flexibility and willingness to learn
- Ability to work weekends and full‑time hours once qualified
- Comfort with a physically demanding role and able to perform hands on treatments to clients
⭐ Hours
Whilst training you will work approx 30/40 hours a week (not weekends). Once qualified you will be given a permanent contract and your hours of work will be 4 x 12 hour shifts one week and 3 x 12 hour shifts the following week ,and will include weekends.
